What Should I Expect from BOTOX and Wrinkle Relaxer Treatments?
At your first treatment consultation at Watt Plastic Surgery & Med Spa, our team will provide a cosmetic evaluation to designate which areas should receive treatment. Since BOTOX and wrinkle relaxer treatments are fast, in-office procedures, we can usually administer them in the same appointment. We inject the formulation into the specified areas of your forehead or face using a fine-gauge needle. The treatment takes approximately a few minutes, and most individuals experience mild discomfort (like a pinprick or pinching). At the end of your appointment, you are free to leave our office and go about your normal daily activities.

I absolutely adore Dr. Watt, his wife Aja, and the entire staff at Watt Plastic Surgery! The office is just gorgeous and everyone always ensures I feel welcome and at ease. Absolutely incredible experience with Watt Plastic Surgery & Med Spa!I was referred to Dr. Watt by my friend, Jamie Applefield, years ago. Jamie now works there as an injector and has always had the best things to say about the office and team. My first visit was to see her for Botox and lip filler, and everyone I interacted with that day was warm, welcoming, and professional.While I was there, I decided it was finally time to move forward with something I wanted to do for a long time, a breast reduction and lift. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Watt, where I also inquired about liposuction on my stomach. Dr. Watt was very honest and explained that liposuction wouldn’t achieve the results I was looking for in that area. Instead, he educated me about a tummy tuck as the more appropriate option. He wasn’t pushy at all but he was very informative. I really appreciated his honesty and great bedside manner, and I booked my breast reduction and lift that same day.I had my surgery last week, and my first post-op appointment is tomorrow. I’m honestly amazed at how manageable the pain has been. I had my first surgery with Dr. Girardot in February after massive weight loss. I had a reduction and lift and she far exceeded my expectations! Not only did she deliver breathtaking results but her care and compassion both before and after surgery was unmatched. She is so kind and really cares about you as a patient. I have a 2nd procedure in May with her and cant wait! I also get filler and botox with Jess and she is absolutely amazing. How many treatments will I likely need?
The number of BOTOX treatments you may need will depend on your individual goals and the severity of your lines and wrinkles. Our team will assess your concerns and recommend the appropriate number of BOTOX injections, whether you're targeting Crow's feet, forehead lines, or frown lines between the eyebrows. To help you maintain your results, we may suggest scheduling BOTOX treatments every few months at our practice.
Can BOTOX be paired with additional aesthetic services?
BOTOX treatments often work well when combined with other nonsurgical services for those looking to reduce signs of aging further. If you have deeper or more pronounced wrinkles, our team may recommend adding a dermal filler to help you achieve the best possible results. To enhance your overall glow and refresh your appearance, we can also suggest complementary treatments, such as facials or PRP with microneedling.
Is there a variation among fillers and wrinkle reducers?
Even though wrinkle reducers, such as BOTOX Cosmetic, minimize fine creases by temporarily preventing muscle engagement, fillers are a different category of aesthetic injections that improve volume in the face. Fillers are designed to plump hollow areas and fill in static wrinkles.
